How to make Sheer Khurma | Seviyan recipe
It is the time of celebration. It's almost Eid. And Eid is incomplete without Sheer Khurma.
Sheer Khurma is one of the popular and delicious dessert. It is made with milk , nuts and sugar .
Sheer Khurma is a rich pudding and creamy dessert.
Let's jump into the Methods of making sheer Khurma.
Method- How to make Sheer Khurma recipe
- Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat. After a min add chopped nuts and dates.
- Roast nuts for 1-2 minutes, untill it becomes golden brown.
- Once it's ready keep it aside .
- Then, on the same pan add seviyan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Once it turns golden brown, add milk into the pan and stir until milk come to the boil.
- After 5 minutes, add sugar and stir so seviyan won't stick on pan.
- Then, add fried nuts and mix properly.
- Also add rose water and cardamom powder.
- You can also add black Pepper if want but its optional.
- Serve Sheer Khurma warm or Chilled.( Pudding thickens as it cooles down)
