                      How to make Nepali khana set:

Ingredients for rice:
  White Rice
  water

Ingredients for Black Eyes Beans and potato curry:
  oil
  fenugreek
cumin seeds
onion
ginger garlic
turmeric
Masala(spice)
chilli(Optional)
chopped potatoes
chopped bodi
salt


Ingredients  for Fresh Pumpkin shoots(Farsi ko munta)
oil
ginger
garlic
fenugreek(methi)
salt
cumin seeds
chopped Fresh Pumpkin shoots(Farsi ko munta)

Ingredients for Dal(split pulses)

split pulses
oil
salt
turmeric
ginger garlic
chopped onion and tomato(optional)

Ingredients for Gundruk ko Achar(Typical nepali food)

Gundruk
Bhatmas
oil
chilli
onion
garlic ginger paste
spices
lemon juice or chuk amilo



Methods:

For rice

Add rice and water in the cooker and wash it and soak it for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes measure water with finger(Nepali traditional way) and cook.

For Black Eyes Beans and potato curry:

Heat pan and add oil then add all the ingredients.
after mixing ingredients add beans and potatoes and cook for 5 minutes
after that stir the curry and add masala at the end and again cook for 10 minutes 

For Fresh Pumpkin shoots(Farsi ko munta)
  
Heat pan and add oil and add all the ingredients
and add shoots and cook for 15 minutes

For split pulses
heat cooker and add all the ingredients and mix it well
after that add rice water and cook until 3 whistle

For Gundruk Ko Achar

Heat pan and add oil and Bhatmas
 Take the bowl and add all the ingredients and add that hot oil and bhatmas and mix it well
