Ingredients for Poha cutlet:
Chopped onion
chopped cabbage
Boiled potatoes
choppped chilli
curry leaves
cumin seeds
salt
chilli powder
spices
gram flour
Methods:
First of all, we have to make gram flour(besan) batter.
Then wash flattened rice/poha/chiura for 1 min.
Mix all the ingredients then lastly mix with washed flattened rice.

Sheer Khurma is a rich pudding and creamy dessert. Let's jump into the Methods of making sheer Khurma. Method- How to make Sheer Khurma recipe Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat. After a min add chopped nuts and dates. Roast nuts for 1-2 minutes, untill it becomes golden brown. Once it's ready keep it aside . Then, on the same pan add seviyan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once it turns golden brown, add milk into the pan and stir until milk come to the boil. After 5 minutes, add sugar and stir so seviyan won't stick on pan. Then, add fried nuts and mix properly.
