How to make Poha cutlet? chiura pakoda

We  generally make aalu cutlet or simply poha fried for breakfast or snacks.In the same way we can also make Poha cutlet . And you won't regret making it . It turns out very delicious. It is very easy to make and it doesn't takes more time . So, lets start  making it.

Ingredients for Poha cutlet:

  

Chopped onion

chopped cabbage

Boiled potatoes

choppped chilli

curry leaves

cumin seeds

salt

chilli powder

spices

gram flour


    Methods:

  1. First of all, we have to make gram flour(besan) batter.
  1. Then wash flattened rice/poha/chiura for 1 min.
  1. Mix all the ingredients then lastly mix with washed flattened rice.
  1. Make small balls of it.
  1. Heat  up the pan and add oil.
  1. Dip Poha  balls in Besan batter .
  1. then fry it on medium flames.
  1. Serve it with ketchup  or green chutney.
