 Egg is one of the food containing various of nutritions. Everybody loves eating eggs.So I am here to share my recipes regarding cooking eggs.


Methods of cooking eggs: 

Boiling eggs:

IT is one of the easiest and healthy way of cooking eggs. First, we light on gas and heat pan and add water, salt and eggs.Then boil it for 10 minutes for finely cooked egg.

                                                     Fried eggs:

          Ingredients :

Eggs
garlic
ginger
cumin seeds
turmeric
chilli
Masala(spices)
ajinomoto(Optional)
oil
salt
coriander
black pepper
vegetables(as you like)(OPTIONAL)

         Directions:

  1. Heat the pan in medium to high flame
  2. Add oil,cumin seeds, chilli,garlic, ginger, turmeric onion, and vegetables like carrot, cabbage and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Then, take a bowl and crack eggs and mix it with salt for 1 min.
  4. Add eggs into the pan and cook for 1 minutes and add spices
  5. After 2 more minutes it will be ready and if desire sprinkle black pepper and coriander.

                                           Egg masala gravy:

         Ingredients:

Eggs
garlic
ginger
cumin seeds
turmeric
chilli
Masala(spices)
ajinomoto(Optional)
oil
salt
coriander
black pepper
Tomatoes

         Directions:

  1. Boil eggs and divide into two part.
  2. Heat pan and add all the Ingredients
    ginger
    cumin seeds
    turmeric
    chilli
    Masala(spices)
    ajinomoto(Optional)
    oil
    salt  and add copped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  3.  After that add 2ts of water and add boiled eggs.
  4. Cook for 60 seconds.
