We  generally make aalu cutlet or simply poha fried for breakfast or snacks.In the same way we can also make Poha cutlet . And you won't regret making it . It turns out very delicious. It is very easy to make and it doesn't takes more time . So, lets start  making it.   You can find step by step Poha Cutlet recipe here. Ingredients for Poha cutlet:    Chopped onion chopped cabbage Boiled potatoes choppped chilli curry leaves cumin seeds salt chilli powder spices gram flour     Methods: First of all, we have to make gram flour(besan) batter. Then wash flattened rice/poha/chiura for 1 min. Mix all the ingredients then lastly mix with washed flattened rice. Make small balls of it. Heat  up the pan and add oil. Dip Poha  balls in Besan batter . then fry it on medium flames. Serve it with ketchup  or green chutney.
